  1. Search Google Play or Apple Store for Cohesion. The icon has 3 blue and white lines

  2. Download App.

  3. Sign up with your work email. You may need to select rest/forgot password.

  4. Click on the 3 lines in the top left hand corner to reserve fitness pods, sign up for classes, etc).
