Total Body Strength & Power

For all levels of fitness. We use a variety of equipment to strengthen the entire body through compound lifts and power movements. Get stronger, leaner, and improve explosive power. Whether you are training for a sport, race, or life, this class is fun, challenging, and results-driven. Participants will set their own level by choosing weights appropriate for them.

HIIT Circuit

H.I.I.T. stands for high intensity
interval training. This workout is a combination of cardio and strength exercises performed at a high intensity followed by a short, low intensity recovery period to boost your metabolic rate and build lean muscle. This circuit-style class is sure to provide a tough, total body workout. You’ll be challenged to push your own limits and will walk out feeling strong and sweaty.

Vinyasa Yoga

This class typically includes pranayama (breath regulation and breathing techniques); core strengthening and stability; and moving through sun salutations and other sequenced postures. The class aims for a total mind and body experience that is well balanced, linking thought to movement and breath to body.

Group Meditation

Focusing on the present moment allows us to become relaxed and effective decision makers with meditation yoga. Other major benefits including relieving high levels of stress and anxiety. Our instructors allow you to be in the moment and let go in our walking or sedentary musical mediation classes. Equipment Needed: Mats or Conference Tables with Chairs 

CLASSES

Octagon/ Functional Strength

Get the strength to perform everyday activities with more confidence! Functional fitness means doing movements that mimic everyday actions, incorporating multiple muscle groups at the same time. This class will build
strength, and mobility across the body, making you a more efficient human both inside and out of the gym.

Pilates Fusion

Your body is your equipment in this 45- minute full body workout. Drawing inspiration from contemporary Mat Pilates and Barre, you’ll leave feeling strong, balanced and accomplished. No prior experience needed!
