Total Body Strength
For all levels of fitness. We use a variety of equipment to strengthen the entire body through compound lifts and isolated movements. Get stronger, leaner, and improve explosive power. Whether you are training for a sport, race, or life, this class is fun, challenging, and results-driven. Participants will set their own level by choosing weights appropriate for them.
HIIT Circuit
H.I.I.T. stands for high intensity
interval training. This workout is a combination of cardio and strength exercises performed at a high intensity followed by a short, low intensity recovery period to boost your metabolic rate and build lean muscle. This circuit-style class is sure to provide a tough, total body workout. You’ll be challenged to push your own limits and will walk out feeling strong and sweaty.
Vinyasa Yoga
This class typically includes pranayama (breath regulation and breathing techniques); core strengthening and stability; and moving through sun salutations and other sequenced postures. The class aims for a total mind and body experience that is well balanced, linking thought to movement and breath to body.

K-Low Impact Strength
We created this class to give you an optimal mix of strength, cardio, and core in low impact form. You won’t even notice the work you’re doing because of the great combinations you’ll be learning. This class is also
a good alternative to high impact for those that want the burn and the challenge without the impact.
Pilates Fusion
Your body is your equipment in this 45- minute full body workout. Drawing inspiration from contemporary Mat Pilates and Barre, you’ll leave feeling strong, balanced and accomplished. No prior experience needed!
Barre
A barre class combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga to provide a full-body workout that focuses on strength, flexibility, and endurance. This Mat Barre class is targeted for support, exercises target small muscle groups with high repetitions to improve tone and posture. The high-impact nature of the class makes it fun and sweaty!
Dynamic Performance & Strength
Dynamic Performance and Strength is a well-rounded class focused on helping you move better and get stronger. We’ll start with a variety of warm-ups to prep your body, then move into power exercises to boost energy and coordination, followed by a strength block to build muscle and support everyday movement.
